Dear Core Leadership members,
We are excited that you have discerned to participate in the core leadership for the Mission Development Council. As you all know, we will begin our year by engaging in the Discernment, Decisions, Discipleship process that will be presented by the Archdiocese of Chicago over two Saturdays.
- Saturday, July 23 from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at St. Raymond
- Saturday, August 6 from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at St. Emily
As we begin this renewal process, we would like to gather some initial information about you through the form below. We will utilize this information to introduce the Core Team to the entire parish through our print and digital communication. Your contact information will be shared only with the core members and not the general parish. Please note that we are asking for each of you to upload a picture of yourself or your family (max 5MB) when completing this form.
