I have spent 38 years working in the corporate world. My last 23 years were at Essendant, formerly named United Stationers, where I was most recently Vice President of Engineering and Real Estate. Essendant is the largest wholesale supplier of office and business products. Prior to that I had spent 15 years at Baxter in a variety of management roles. I have a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.
My wife Donna and I live in Hawthorn Woods where we have been long time members at St. Francis de Sales parish. We have two grown daughters that went through the parish school and also graduated from Carmel Catholic High School. Our oldest daughter, Lauren, graduated from Butler University. Lauren and her husband currently live in Indianapolis. Our younger daughter, Amy, graduated from Iowa State University and is now in graduate school at Vanderbilt, pursuing her PhD,
I am excited to join the St. Raymond team and community. After a successful career in business, I look forward to this next chapter in life where I can give back to the Catholic faith community. This will also be a bit of a return to my roots as I grew up in Arlington Heights and attended Prospect High School. I have many good memories from growing up in this area.
