Thank you so much for volunteering to help with Vacation Bible School this summer!

We welcome rising 6th-grade students through adults to volunteer for our weeklong program. VBS at St. Raymond Parish will be held the week of July 7-11, 2025. We will contact you in late May/early June to confirm training, invite you to help with the decorations, and share other information before the start of VBS. If you have any questions, please email us at VBS@st-raymond.org.

VBS 2025 Volunteer Schedule is Monday, 7/7 – Friday, 7/11, from 8:30 am -12:15 pm.
Please fill out all the questions below about volunteering at our VBS program.
Camper fees will be waived for adults who volunteer the entire week.

VBS is one of those summer memories you’ll never forget. We can not do it without our volunteers! We look forward to working with all the teens and adults who help make VBS a fun, faith-filled week for the campers as we Trust Jesus in a Wild World.

Adult Bible Stories Leader: Help present the story of the day.

Adult Sticky Scripture Leader: Organize and set up games for each day.

Adult Older Craft Leader: Help prep and follow thru with crafts for each day.

Adult Song and Snack Leader: Organize snacks and teach campers 3-4 VBS songs and dance moves for the show on Friday.

Adult Crew Leader: Lead the children from station to station, engage in conversation, and assist the teen leaders.
