The Office of the Pastor exists as a leadership steering committee that has a five-fold purpose.
To facilitate, encourage and enable the work and ministry of the five commissions of parish life.
To set the final agenda for the monthly Parish Council Meeting and bi-monthly core staff meeting, as well as working to ensure that all Parish Council decisions are enacted or that subcommittees are formed in order to facilitate this work.
To act as the final oversight body regarding parish financial accountability, stability and development in our aim to be good stewards of parish resources.
To manage all parish communication in the weekly bulletin and on our parish website. Approve parish mailings, while overseeing all official communication with the parish community at large.
To work to maintain the beauty and upkeep of our parish buildings and grounds, the scheduling of the parish calendar and the supervision of the parish maintenance staff.
The members of the Office of the Pastor meet quarterly and include the Pastor, the Parish Council Chair, the Business and Operations Manager, the Communications Coordinator, the Finance Council Chair, the Development Board chairpersons along with four at large members of the Parish Council.

Our Parish Council meets the first Monday of the month to discuss and review all aspects of parish ministry.
The Finance Council meets on a quarterly basis to review financial reports, help develop the yearly budget and make suggestions for future financial needs of the parish.
The Development Board meets as needed to determine ways to fund the financial needs brought to them by the Finance Council. |
