HomeComing is a process for men and women who were baptized Catholics but are not active in the church at present. It is an opportunity to renew your relationship with the church and the faith community.
HomeComing is a process for men and women who were baptized Catholics but are not active in the church at present. It is an opportunity to renew your relationship with the church and the faith community. It is respectful of each person’s unique faith journey. This process is usually offered once a week for about four weeks depending on the needs and questions of those gathered. We genuinely respect you and the choices you have made. The reasons for becoming inactive in the church are many: some were differences over church teachings; others were hurt by religious leaders; still others just drifted away from the church community because it seemed meaningless or irrelevant. If you are someone who has been hurt by the church or church personnel, we ask your forgiveness. We hope this can be an opportunity for healing and for discovering further meaning in life.
